The rent is 40,000 baht (Approx. $1,275 USD | £950 GBP | €1,100 EUR) which includes all community fees and access to all amenities.
To ensure you only pay for what you use, water and electricity and billed separately. The meters are read every month and the bill will be left in your mailbox.
To secure your residence, we require a 3-month deposit structure:
First Month’s Rent: Paid in advance.
Last Month’s Rent: Held to cover your final month of the lease.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit held throughout your stay.
Your security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease term. The total amount will be returned to you, minus any deductions for outstanding utility expenses or repairs beyond standard wear and tear.
Yes, we welcome responsible pet owners. To maintain the comfort of all residents, we ask that pets be registered during the application process and kept on a leash within the common areas and gardens.
To ensure a healthy and fresh environment for all residents, the townhome interior is strictly smoke-free. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available within the community grounds.

Upon moving in and setting up your internet service, you will be able to sync the cameras to your own devices. This ensures that only you and your authorized guests have access to the live feeds and recordings.
